When a request is made to B&B, one of our team members will contact you within 24 hours. Our personalized engagement commences with the following:
- Preliminary consultation to determine your goals and business challenges;
- Scheduled meeting as necessary to explore, clarify and define client needs and aspirations;
- Development of a proposal that includes the scope of work, pricing, timelines and recommended solutions for your review and approval;
- Proposal agreed and signed off by Executive Management, Board of Directors and Stakeholders;
- Proposed implementation plan is executed. For effective collaboration, our engagement will include regular communication and milestone reporting;
